Adding four new methods to the UIEnvironment to allow direct parameter updates from UI event handlers: - SetMachineParameter - SetMachineParameterAsDouble - SetMachineParameterAsInteger - SetMachineParameterAsBool Ported onto upstream develop: develop added the four GetMachineParameterGroupParameter* getters at the same spot in ACT/LibMCEnv.xml and libmcenv_uienvironment.hpp; both sets are kept, the setters placed after the new getters. Framework files were regenerated with ACT rather than merged. The setters go through CParameterGroup::set*ParameterValueByName, which on develop bumps the state machine's frontend change counter, so SSE live updates fire when a UI event sets a machine parameter.
