I've made a fork I plan to maintain in @testing-cabal/funcsigs (and have this increased matrix in it). pypy3 still broken though. |

Added PyPy3 and Python 3.4 to the build matrix.
Travis will now retry network operations if they failed.
The matrix will fast finish since it's large.
