Raises the Console Python SDK requirement to >=0.8.1,<0.9 to accept nullable Cloud response fields. Updates the OAuth catalog counts and keeps the new avatar mutations and analytics service hidden from API-key mode, with regression coverage and matching documentation.

test_console_sdk_accepts_null_billing_fieldschecks that the pinned SDK acceptsnullfor the fields above. It fails 7 subtests on 0.8.0 and passes on 0.8.1. The catalog count tests and docs (docs/tool-surface.md,docs/appwrite-mcp-flow.svg) are updated.Verification:
