Summary

Auto-register mail routes in plugin for both tenant and non-tenant panels
Improve email preview with auto-resizing iframe
Add "HTML (Formatted)" tab with indented HTML source view
Fix attachment download button styling and UUID lookup
Format file size in attachments display
Wrap text content in code block

Test plan

Verify mail preview iframe auto-resizes to content height
Check "HTML (Formatted)" tab shows properly indented HTML
Test attachment download works correctly
Confirm mail routes work for both tenant and non-tenant panels
