Package Humanizer as a Cursor plugin without moving the root SKILL.md, so Claude, the Skills CLI, and Cursor can all load the same prompt. Co-authored-by: jakub-zieba <jakub-zieba@users.noreply.github.com>

I have seen the skill and grew quite fond of it. Seeing it was prepared for Claude I thought I will add Cursor marketplace setup without affecting the skills core.
It is a minimal setup + a version bump. After it gets merge you will only need to submit the pubisher application form
