Adds four tells to existing patterns. No new pattern, so the numbering and the pattern count stay at 26.

  • Pattern 2: a last line that echoes the first for a closed feel.
  • Pattern 4: "In today's fast-paced world", "As we all know", "I know this is hard", and a question the next sentence answers ("Why? Because...").
  • Pattern 26: a reply that opens by restating what the other person just said ("You mentioned that...", "As you said").

I checked each against the current patterns first. Antithesis (pattern 1), chatbot praise (pattern 22), and send-offs (pattern 13) already cover the rest of what I considered, so I left them alone. SKILL.md grows by 59 words (5219 to 5278), well under the 5,500 cap.

Also in this PR: three README table rows updated to match, a 3.1.1 changelog entry, and the version raised in SKILL.md, CHANGELOG.md, and both plugin manifests. The validator requires the first changelog heading to match the version, so I bumped it. Happy to drop the bump if you prefer to set the version yourself.

Checks run: python3 scripts/validate-package.py, claude plugin validate ., npx skills add . --list. All pass.
