Replace broken lemonade.social/celo (404, unclaimed username) and celo.stand.lemonade.social/events (404) with the working celo.lemonade.social URL. For the governance call link where no direct replacement exists, point to the Forum for schedule info.

The correct events URL is lemonade.social/s/celo (not /celo or celo.lemonade.social). Updated all 5 files to use the canonical URL.

Replace all lemonade.social/s/celo references with the correct governance events URL lemonade.social/s/celogovernance. Rename labels from "Events" to "Governance Events".
