Prepare OpenStack CPI for the main default branch - #376
Point the own-repository Git source at main and allow both master and main in the Actions push filter during the transition. Preserve the separate release-semver branch, outbound bosh-deployment branch, release counters, tags and other pipeline fields.
The refreshed org-wide source audit found no required downstream default-branch source edits in another public repository. Historical release notes and release/version consumers are outside this source change.
Local validation: Concourse CLI validation passes before and after; exact parsed comparison confirms only the own Git branch changes in the pipeline. Strict normalized validation, the Actions transition-filter check and git diff --check pass.
This preparation changes checked-in configuration only. Current instructions prohibit pausing or modifying Concourse pipelines; runtime coordination and reconfiguration are operator-owned. No Concourse target, build, resource check or live pipeline was changed. The branch rename and runtime verification remain pending.
Migration tracker and operator handoff: #377. This preparation PR does not close it. Shared community draft: cloudfoundry/community#1681.
The Go workflow now runs on pushes to main and continues to run on pushes to master. The BOSH release Git resource now tracks main instead of master.
