Change both own Git sources to main and update contributor guidance. Version counters, release tags and outbound references remain unchanged. Documentation and comment follow-ups are separate.

Merge the source preparation before the native default-branch rename. Keep live pipeline configuration unchanged until main exists; pause/drain repository and version writers, rename, reconfigure and verify actual sources, then restore the original pause states. Do not publish releases or advance counters solely for validation.

Validation: exact parsed comparison confirms only the intended own Git source branches change in the pipeline; all other fields are preserved. Strict Concourse validation passes before and after. git diff --check passes.

Migration tracker: #238. This preparation PR does not close it. Shared community configuration: cloudfoundry/community#1680 (draft until all eight cutovers are verified).
