The repo was renamed from rosetta-cli to mesh-cli, causing the install script to fail because GitHub redirects from the old repo name stopped working. This updates the REPO variable and references in the script while keeping the binary name as rosetta-cli since release assets still use that name. Fixes coinbase#422
