Builds the open-source EDG front end's
mainbranch daily with misc-builder's newedgimage (compiler-explorer/misc-builder#146), producingedg-trunk-<date>.tar.xz. The build is skipped when https://github.com/edgcpp/compiler has had no commits in the last 7 days.The installables are
