Description
Editable tables can now render
moneycolumns and grouped options in select-style columns. This extracts the money and option-group changes from #19665 while leaving its hidden-row and unrelated form changes out.The Form-backed Table field also gains a registered Money cell type with currency and currency-display settings. Localized amounts round-trip through row forms as decimal scalar values, and select cells retain option groups and grouped defaults. Reusable Form tables support money columns and grouped select/combobox options.
