…em libvips Format SITE.md and std-reference.ts (whitespace/quote style only) so `scripts/gate web` is green. Set SHARP_IGNORE_GLOBAL_LIBVIPS for the gate's npm install and document it in www/README.md: on hosts with a system libvips, sharp otherwise attempts a source build and the install fails. `npm install` in the gate rewrote the lockfile (dropped `libc` fields, added hasInstallScript). That was incidental; keep the lockfile as on main. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
