R package adapt3 uses matrix population models (MPMs) to develop and run matrix community model (MCM) projections, and pairwise and multiple invasibility analyses.
Users wishing to use adapt3 can download the most recent stable version from CRAN by typing the following in R:
install.packages("adapt3")
This GitHub site maintains the current development version of adapt3 and relies on r-universe for testing and distribution. Users wishing to install the newest development version should do so from r-universe by typing the following in R:
install.packages('adapt3', repos = c('https://dormancy1.r-universe.dev', 'https://cloud.r-project.org'))
