The file was stored with raw CRLF in the git object, but .gitattributes declares `*.bat text eol=crlf`, which requires LF in the object store. This caused the file to always appear modified on checkout. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
