Fixes ecsphp/ecs#333
The
withPhpCsFixerSets()deprecation warning showed up repeatedly: once per parallel worker process, each of which reloads the config and re-triggers the warning.Deprecation warnings now print only on the main command, not in spawned
workerprocesses. A single shared helper also dedupes per process (the config file is loaded twice: container build + cache hash), and the same guard is applied to the siblingwithEditorConfig()andwithRealPathReporting()deprecations.
