…comments - Remove dead _= silencers and the unused lastToken variable. - sort.Slice/SliceStable -> slices.SortFunc/SortStableFunc in runner and registry. - kindNames map -> array indexed by the contiguous Kind iota. - Add doc comments to the Fixer, Config and Stream types.
