Covers the clear-cache path reported in ecsphp/ecs#335.
ChangedFilesDetector::clearCache()removes cached file hashes: after clearing, a previously cached file is reported as changed again. The test confirms the clear mechanism works as expected.Note: during a normal run the cache is repopulated as files are processed, so the cache directory is expected to contain entries again after the run finishes.
