Makes the blink progress icon pulse much slower and gives it context.

  • Frame advance is now gated on a 450ms wall-clock interval, so the bloom pulses at a calm pace regardless of how fast files are processed (previously one frame per file).
  • Shows a verb next to the icon: checking.. on a check run, fixing.. when writing.
  • Colors the icon in the terracotta brand orange (#D97757) via truecolor ANSI.

Build, gofmt, and reporter/runner tests pass.

Gate the icon frame on a 450ms wall-clock interval so the bloom pulses
at a calm pace regardless of file throughput. Show "checking"/"fixing"
next to the icon and color it in the terracotta brand orange.
