update CLMS documentation

Regenerated CLMS documentation from latest onboarding descriptors.
Includes new collections (LST v3, WSI snow, VLCC croplands, etc.) and removes obsolete NDVI v2 pages.

Updated the broken Batch.qmd links to BatchV2.qmd across the clms pages (pushed to this PR).

The link with "S3SYN.qmd" is not ours but looks like a preexisting broken link in the documentation repo. We only wrote files under APIs/SentinelHub/Data/clms/ .

Seems that fork PRs get a read-only token so the bot can't push the preview to gh-pages. We cannot make the check pass from a fork.
But there are no broken links from our side anymore. Could you merge as-is, or push this branch to the upstream repo so the preview builds?

Usually, there is a third action which successfully deploys. It didn't run this time. Maybe because the PR is made from a forked branch.
