docs(cli): add fallow architecture command - #90

Add a page for fallow architecture and list it next to guard. Mark the five dead-code structure flags as deprecated aliases and describe the stderr hint. Point the boundaries, rule-pack, cycle, quickstart and CI pages to the new command, and document command: architecture, FALLOW_COMMAND: architecture and --only/--skip architecture.
Use the real Architecture header, the human and JSON examples, the default severities, the baseline rules, the --quiet layout of bare fallow and the architecture values of the issue-types CI inputs.
