docs(claude): route via relais in any repo - #21

Conversation
relais sets up an unconfigured repository itself on the first run (its onboard and trust tools ask the person), so the routing rule no longer waits for relais.toml and a grant. The contract comes from the plan or the request, never from questions to the person. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The Relais routing rule no longer waits for
relais.tomland a trust grant. relais now sets an unconfigured repository up itself on its first run: its onboard and trust tools ask the person (fredericrous/relais#178). The contract is written from the plan or the request, never from questions to the person. The live
~/.claude/CLAUDE.mdalready carries this text, so applying it changes nothing.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
