Key Features

• Update the existing catalog entry from 0.2.3 to 0.2.4; preserve its ID.
• Fix running Active-series validation: an Active member may have no additional Eligible candidate (N/A); Ready still requires exactly one candidate.
• Align the shared Intake configuration validators for empty Idle and nested Git repositories. Invalid hashes, paths, states, dependencies, ordinary duplicate indexes, and multiple candidates remain fail-closed.
• Preserve historical evidence, command IDs, priorities, and schemas; no new execution authority or product acceptance is introduced.
• Independent installation remains supported; central integration currently combines Authoring 0.3.7, Review 0.2.4, and Sequencing 0.2.7.
