Adds the spec-kit-java-brownfield-demo entry to the Community Walkthroughs section, demonstrating spec-kit on an existing open-source Jakarta EE runtime (Piranha, ~420,000 lines across 180 Maven modules).
Also updates the ASP.NET brownfield walkthrough entry with LOC stats for consistency.
