Sends a formal confirmation and goodbye email in Bengali when an administrator deletes a user's account from the admin panel.

• Mailable: Created App\Mail\AccountDeletedMail implementing ShouldQueue with title/subject আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট করা হয়েছে.
• Template: Created resources/views/emails/account_deleted.blade.php styled with HSCStack's email layout.
