Large decompiled files are hard to move around in by scrolling alone, and line:column positions from stack traces or diagnostics need a direct jump. Ctrl+G is bound only inside the code view so metadata grids keep it as Go to token.

Adds Go to Line: Ctrl+G while the code view has focus, or Navigate > Go to Line.... It opens a small prompt that accepts
lineorline:column. The caret jumps there, and the line is centred and highlighted. Ctrl+G keeps its existing Go to token meaning in metadata grids.Try it: click into decompiled code, press Ctrl+G, type
12:5, then press Enter.Split out of #4199 (one feature per PR, as requested there).
