While the caret rests on a symbol in the code view, every occurrence of it in the document is marked, so reading a method no longer needs a click per symbol. Off by default and independent of the click highlight's marks.

Adds a Display option, Highlight usages at caret, which is off by default. While it is on and the caret rests on a symbol in the code view, every occurrence of that symbol in the document is marked: members, types, locals and parameters (not IL opcodes). This is independent of the existing click highlight (
HighlightMemberReferences, #781) and does not change click behavior. If you'd rather have this as part of the #781 option instead of a separate setting, I can rework it that way.
Try it: Options > Display > Highlight usages at caret, then move the caret onto a member name.
Split out of #4199 (one feature per PR, as requested there).
