This change teaches response parsing to honor RFC 6839 structured syntax suffixes when
parse_response_by_content_typeis enabled. Responses with media types such asapplication/problem+json(RFC 9457 Problem Details for HTTP APIs) are now parsed the same way asapplication/json.
