Adds SolidPing to the Tools list.
SolidPing is an AGPL-3.0 uptime monitoring server written in Go. Its email-reception check is passive: it gives each check an address and reads one shared mailbox over JMAP (RFC 8620 / 8621). It uses
Mailbox/get,Mailbox/set,Email/query,Email/get,Email/changesandEmail/set, listens on the EventSource push channel when the server offers one, and falls back to polling otherwise.Placed at the end of Tools, after JMAP Screener.
I'm the author of SolidPing.
