Fixed in commit 624a9f0. The CI was failing on Python 3.9 because requirements.txt had requests~=2.34.2; python_version < "3.10", but requests 2.34.x requires Python >=3.10. Restored requests~=2.32.5 for Python <3.10 (consistent with pyproject.toml), while keeping ~=2.34.0 for Python >=3.10.
