Issues

• Caution vs Warning severity is undefined, so themes order them both ways (Tokyo Night disagrees with Storm/Day); a few meanings map to off-meaning hues

• Button, Header and TitleBgActive (Primary VeryLow) barely separate from WindowBg on light themes (1.22–1.34:1)

• VS Code Light: TextDisabled is #0f0f0f on #000000 Text (1.09:1), indistinguishable from enabled text

• Accent text at High priority falls below 3:1 against WindowBg on four light themes (Everforest Light ×3, Tokyo Night Day); below 4.5:1 on eight

  ktsu-dev/ThemeProvider#137 · Filter by author matt-edmondson opened on Oct 10, 2026

• Tokyo Night Day and the three Everforest Light themes ship body text below WCAG AA on frames, buttons, headers and tabs (Text on FrameBg 3.88:1, CheckMark 2.70:1); the repo's own Analysis gate fails 4 themes

• PaletteAnalyzer's fidelity check skips Primary VeryLow/Low (buttons, headers, tabs, active title bar), so chroma-loss warnings on the most visible accents never fire

• ImGuiCol.BorderShadow is mapped fully opaque, so enabling FrameBorderSize draws a solid 1px offset ledge under every button and input

• Demo's Lightness Mapping table shows the wrong "Target L" for every non-neutral meaning (it reimplements the mapper's target formula without the 20–82% band)

• ThemeRegistry.GetThemesInFamily("catppuccin") returns no themes, though FindTheme("catppuccin mocha") ignores case

• A SemanticPalette without Neutrals is silently accepted, and ImGuiPaletteMapper then returns 18 of 47 colours with no Text or WindowBg

• ImGuiPaletteMapper makes selected text unreadable in all 38 themes (Text on TextSelectedBg ≈ 2:1), and slider grabs / plot lines barely show against FrameBg

• README's MapColors sample doesn't compile after the Semantics.Color migration (color.RgbValue), and the docs and demo still say non-neutral meanings use 50-90% of the range (code uses 20-82%)

• A custom theme containing #ffffff (or #000000) gets a tinted, too-dark Neutral VeryHigh text colour, and can invert priority order: the chroma search starts from the out-of-gamut target
