Add Meetup Events#141

This commit adds the "Lima Tech" and "AWS User Group Chaclacayo" Meetup events to the `app/data/events.ts` database. Both event details, including full markdown descriptions, correct dates, organizers, and verified high-res image URLs, have been properly formatted to match the `IEvent` schema.
