Intercept /tests.html before navigation.

The new test does not install the Playwright interception described by the test intent. docusaurus serve redirects existing .html pages when cleanUrls is enabled, and page.goto(url) follows that redirect. The screenshot can therefore finish at /tests and miss the non-canonical HTML behavior.

Add a route handler before page.goto that fulfills /tests.html with the built tests.html file, then navigate to /tests.html.
