Pyenv does not work with the extention enabled #307
Description
Experienced an issue with pyenv completely missing from environments in VScode when this extention is installed. Removing the extention fixed the issue.
Installation of pyenv was correct and in the usual directory. Was battling this for hours.

Hello pppilyugina! We have completed adding pyenv support as an environment type to the extension! Since you are a users of pyenv, and therefore knowledgable in pyenv support/ flows, would you be able to give this a try to test it out? You should see pyenv now listed as an option on the dropdown given you have the most recent version of the python-environments extension installed. From there you can try creating new environments, deleting ones, assign specific folders to environments etc! Would love to hear your experience and if you run into any bugs we can jump on fixing them to improve the experience right away. Thanks!
