Translate component property docs for callouts, cards, and steps

Summary

Translates changes from #4493 into Spanish, French, and Chinese:

• callouts.mdx: Added import IconsOptional snippet and new "Custom callout properties" section with translated descriptions
• cards.mdx: Removed required from title property, added period to description
• steps.mdx: Reordered properties so title (now required) appears before children (no longer required)

Overview
Updates the Spanish, French, and Chinese component docs to match recent property documentation changes.

Adds a translated “custom callout properties” section to callouts.mdx (including IconsOptional and a color field description), removes the required marker from the Card title field in cards.mdx, and reorders/updates steps.mdx so Step.title is documented as required while children is no longer marked required.
