docs: correct self-hosted troubleshooting for the combined netbird-server setup - #1033

📝 Walkthrough
Merge Risk: 🔵 Low · up to Some combined deployments may still have an integrations.db file that the documented recovery check skips. Add it to the check before merging so operators do not miss corruption in that store. Pre-merge checks |

- Around line 29-30: Update the integrity-check command so the named volume is
mounted read-only, the check fails if any expected database file is missing, and
SQLite opens existing files in read-only mode. Preserve the checks for store.db,
events.db, and idp.db.
- Line 14: Update the migration troubleshooting guidance to use `docker compose
logs netbird-server` for current installs and provide `docker compose logs
management` as the alternative for installs using `management`; apply the same
container-name distinction to the confirmation on line 18.
Review comments at @src/pages/selfhosted/troubleshooting/identity-provider.mdx:
- Line 73: Update the troubleshooting guidance around the embedded IdP tab’s
Cause and Fix so that when the IdP is enabled but the user lacks permission to
read identity providers, it directs them to sign in with an authorized role or
ask an administrator to check role permissions.
- Line 37: Replace the hardcoded password in the `docker exec -i` command with a
silent prompt whose entered value is piped to the command, and retain the
`--password-file -` argument.
Review comments at @src/pages/selfhosted/troubleshooting/installation.mdx:
- Line 14: Update the Options 0 and 1 (Traefik) guidance to distinguish a failed
probe from the installation host from a broken public path: instruct readers to
test the public hostname from both the installation host and an external client
before concluding external access is broken.

The SQLite check mounted the volume read-only and ran sqlite3 -readonly. NetBird's stores use the rollback journal, so a write interrupted by power loss leaves a hot -journal file, and a read-only open refuses the file with "attempt to write a readonly database" instead of printing ok. That pointed readers at a backup restore for a file that wasn't corrupt. The check now copies each store and any journal into the throwaway container and checks the copy, so the volume stays untouched and the journal is applied the way netbird-server applies it on start. Also says to start the stack again. The unindented code block also closed the numbered list, so step 2 rendered as text inside a paragraph. The block and its note are now nested under step 1.

What
Corrects the self-hosted troubleshooting pages, which still describe the multi-container setup from before v0.65.0. Since v0.65.0,
