Upgrades the
pyopensslpackage from 24.2.1 to latest 26.2.0 while addressing breaking changes introduced in 24.3.0.Currently, this PR assumes that we only support RSA certificates and sha512 signatures for app registration and upload (as per the app store documentation), but let me know if you think we should/will support more hashing algorithms in the future.
