Adds ScrollMarks 1.1.0 to the x64, x86 and ARM64 lists.

ScrollMarks shows where things are in the whole document, in a bar next to the vertical scrollbar.

  • Every occurrence of the selected text, with the selected one in its own color.
  • Bookmarks, change history, find mark results, style tokens and the caret line, each in its own lane and color.
  • Markers line up with the scrollbar thumb (folding, zoom, scrolling beyond the last line, minimum thumb size).
  • Click a marker to look there, hover it to preview the lines around it.
  • Previous / Next Occurrence commands (no default keys).
  • Defaults follow the Notepad++ smart highlighting settings, large file restriction, theme and language. English and Korean UI.

Native C++, no extra runtime. Searching runs in time slices, so the UI stays responsive on large files.

Checked before opening this PR:

  • The ids are the SHA-256 of the zips downloaded from the published release.
  • Each zip has ScrollMarks.dll at its root; the DLL file version is 1.1.0.0 and its machine type matches the list.
  • The three lists pass pl.schema.
  • Tested with Notepad++ 8.9.3 x64 on Windows 11. The x86 and ARM64 builds come from the same GitHub Actions release run.
