Add NppNodeJS to the plugin list

Add the 64-bit NppNodeJS v1.0.1 package to the Notepad++ Plugin List.
It lets you customize script menus and run Node.js scripts from those menus.

You need to add a resource file containing version information about your plugin; a numeric file version at the very mininmm.
