Add FTP Sync 0.5.8

Adds FTP Sync (x64 and x86) to the plugin lists.

FTP Sync is an FTP / FTPES / SFTP client for Notepad++ with a server tree, transfer queue, journal, versioned backups and diff/merge protection against overwriting changes made on the server. It can import profiles from FileZilla (XML/CSV) and NppFTP. The UI is available in 7 languages.

• Requires .NET Framework 4.x (managed code hosted by a small native DLL).
• Tested locally via Plugins Admin (nppPluginList.json) on x64 and x86.
