web.archive.org links should be checked for relevance #2114

Links to web.archive.org result in error code 429 failures when running linkcheck. Adding it to linkcheck_ignore would ignore those links, but it the possibility remains that web.archive.org could go away, however unlikely that might seem today.

We should use it only if the linked content is still relevant. I have my doubts. I'm not a good judge of what is still relevant from Plone <6.0.0.
