Summary
Adds Taskbar Music Deck as a new Windhawk tool mod.
The mod provides a compact Windows 11 taskbar media panel with GSMTC event-driven metadata updates, album art, playback controls, smart visibility behavior, and per-app volume control through Core Audio.
