structuredClone turns boxed BigInt values into plain objects #58210

Description
The React Native structuredClone polyfill handles boxed Boolean, Number, and String values but omits boxed BigInt. structuredClone(Object(1n)) therefore returns a plain empty object that is not a BigInt wrapper and has no usable primitive value.
Expected behavior
The clone should be a distinct boxed BigInt whose valueOf() matches the input. Native structuredClone follows this behavior.

Added the requested runnable RNTester Playground in #58806. Open Playground and press Run reproducers; the result for #58210 is labeled separately.
Verified using the native Hermes/Fabric Fantom runner on main
cd2de187e8878119896159371225acbb9dfa5d9c. The boxed BigInt case now PASSes. This no longer reproduces on current main.This is a constructed example based on the source audit, not a claimed production incident. The PR includes the exact native verification driver and results.
