Adds DELETE /v1/ldap_mappings/{uid} to the Redis Software REST API OpenAPI spec, including path parameter definition, 200 response body with action_uid, and 403/404 error refs.

Documents the required auth scope (delete_ldap_mapping) and marks the operation as stable and publishable in the generated API docs.
