Hi @rjpcomputing,

first of all, thank you for creating LuaForWindows – it’s still very useful
for people who want a “batteries included” Lua setup on Windows.

I’m using this project myself and noticed the “looking for maintainer” note
as well as the lack of recent activity. While going through the documentation,
I also ran into several outdated/broken links in the README.

This pull request updates those broken links in the README so that new users
can more easily find the referenced resources.

Beyond this small change, I’d be interested in helping with maintenance:
triaging issues, trying to fix problems where I can, and generally keeping
things in a working state for new users.

If you’re still open to someone helping as a maintainer, I’d be happy to
discuss how I can support the project.
