🛡️ Sentinel: Mitigate weak PRNG and UUID vulnerabilities

Severity: Low/Moderate
Vulnerabilities:

1. Math.random() in src/utils/confetti.ts uses weak PRNG.
2. uuid < 11.1.1 is vulnerable to Missing buffer bounds check.

Fixes:

1. Replaced Math.random() with crypto.getRandomValues() in src/utils/confetti.ts.
2. Added uuid override to >=11.1.1 in package.json to fix vulnerability in @lhci/cli dependency chain, resolving npm audit warnings.
