This PR removes the
locationIDoption which no longer works. There are also some minor maintenance changes.locationIDwhich no longer works..gitignoreto not commit the directorynode_modules..prettierignoreto not prettify autogeneratedMMM-DynamicWeather.js.README.md.This is a smaller version of PR #52. It should be easier to review and doesn't contain the superflous API change.
