Brings the cards of your Trello boards into the Teams › Board of PromptOps. Lists become columns, and moving a card moves it in Trello too.
| Plugin id | promptops.trello |
| Section | tasks |
| Status | Version 0.1.0. Runs in the plugin sandbox. Tested with recorded answers, not yet against a live Trello account. The board screen of PromptOps is still being connected to plugins |
Where the code is. All of it is in src/plugin.js: one file of plain JavaScript, with no build step. What you read there is exactly what PromptOps runs, and what was reviewed.
- Lets you pick a board: first your workspaces, then their boards. Boards outside a workspace are listed at the top.
- Builds the columns from the open lists of that board, in board order. A list named like "Done" or "Fatto" counts as done, the first list is where work waits.
- Shows each card with title, description, labels, members and comments. Archived cards are left out.
- Moves the card to another list when you move it on the board.
- Proposes a prompt about a card for you to review. It never writes to an agent on its own.
People approve these permissions before installing. A plugin can never read prompts, agent answers, files or the terminal.

- Open https://trello.com/power-ups/admin and create a Power-Up for yourself. Any name works, no iframe URL is needed.
- In its API key tab copy the API key.
- On the same page follow the Token link, allow access, and copy the token.
- In PromptOps open Plugins › Installed › Trello › Configure and paste both.
Key and token stay on your device. The plugin writes {{secret:apiKey}} and {{secret:token}} in the Authorization header, and PromptOps fills them in when a request leaves, only towards api.trello.com. They never appear in a URL, so they never end up in a log.
- Trello does not share the email of board members, so PromptOps cannot match them to your team automatically. Names are shown as they are.
- Trello lists have no color and no type. The type is read from the name, so rename a list if a column lands in the wrong group.
- Cards are read list by list, about fifty per page. A small board arrives whole, a very busy one in pieces, never as one huge answer.
