- Fix duplicate linters in .golangci.yml
- Remove redundant lint run from CI (action handles it)
- Add tests for pkg/cmdutil (pprof + keyfile): 0% → 44.7%
- Expand pkg/dmsgserver tests: 27.5% → 35.8%
