feat(graphql): add tasksByTome to metrics

• Extended schema/metrics.graphql with tasksByTome field and TomeTaskMetrics type
• Configured gqlgen.yml for tasksByTome custom resolver
• Regenerated Ent and GraphQL models
• Implemented TasksByTome metrics bucketing in tavern/internal/graphql/metrics.resolvers.go
• Added comprehensive edge-case testing in tavern/internal/graphql/testdata/queries/metrics/tasks_by_tome.yml
